We'll help you crack the code to
for complex organizations with extensive logistics, entangled supply chains, sophisticated technology, and uncompromising quality.
Mission
We help Manufacturing teams cut through complexity, deliver faster and adapt with confidence.
About Us
At OMM, we are a hands-on solution partner for hardware or general manufacturing teams looking to deliver better outcomes, faster. We help organizations overcome the common challenges of product development by embedding practical and adaptive fit for purpose ways of working. With deep experience, we tailor our approach to fit your context, not the other way around.

Based on their unique Prioritized Problems, our clients achieve...
60 Days Saved Per Year for
Faster Time to Market
Pain: Hardware teams face long development cycles often years due to complex design, testing, and supply chain constraints.
Impact: Difficult to respond to market shifts or customer feedback, leading to missed opportunities and obsolete launches.
Our Approach: We introduce Industrialization Driven Development (IDD), a framework tailored to manufacturing product cycles.
Outcome: Save up to 2 to 3 months per year and confidently predict delivery timelines with a reliable critical path.
50% Less Rework thru
Unified Execution
Pain: Different functions (engineering, quality, marketing, etc.) are incentivized by conflicting goals, causing internal friction.
Impact: Delayed projects, political gridlock, and burnout from constant reorgs or changing leadership.
Our Approach: Create shared accountability and visual alignment across divisions, mapping team objectives to common outcomes.
Outcome: Clarity, cohesion, and momentum, replacing politics with progress.
80% Predictability with
Dependable Timelines
Pain: Hardware projects are notoriously difficult to estimate due to physical dependencies, supplier timelines, and complexity.
Impact: Stakeholders lose trust, marketing loses confidence, and teams lose morale.
Our Approach: Use IDD-based estimation to identify critical path items, remove ambiguity, and improve forecasting accuracy.
Outcome: Timeline predictability teams can stand behind and stakeholders can plan around.
10% Decreased Costs thru
Efficient Supply Chains
Pain: Hardware relies on fragile supplier networks, long lead times, and difficult-to-qualify parts or equipment.
Impact: Disruptions delay launches, inflate costs, and compromise quality.
Our Approach: Build resilience through proactive supplier strategies, test qualification flows, and scenario planning.
Outcome: Tighter control over supply chain risks and a smoother path to market.
Double Actual Sales with
Satisfied Customers
Pain: Long development cycles create pressure to “add everything,” resulting in bloated, late, or misaligned releases.
Impact: Lost revenue, late market entry, and unsustainable support for outdated products.
Our Approach: Help teams define true MVPs, stagger feature releases, and build iteration into the hardware lifecycle.
Outcome: Faster learning, quicker customer validation, and earlier ROI.
25% OpEx/CapEx Cuts thru
Effective Prioritization
Pain: Too many projects, not enough time, people, or budget.
Impact: Delayed value, sunk costs, and inability to pivot in time.
Our Approach: Use proven agile prioritization tools (e.g., WSJF) to align investment with business value.
Outcome: Focus on the right things at the right time, eliminating guesswork.

I am delighted to write a quick synopsis of my experience. They played a pivotal role in our new product development initiatives, leveraging their technical expertise to drive our projects forward.
Throughout our journey, our coach demonstrated a profound understanding of methodologies and principles. Her ability to integrate these practices into our workflow significantly enhanced our team's efficiency and innovation. She was particularly adept at project accountability and visual collaboration, ensuring that our projects are meticulously planned and executed.
In addition to the technical side, our coach possessed excellent interpersonal skills. She built strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and customers and knew how to maintain them. She empowered the team by embracing and continuously improving our processes.
I am confident they will make a significant positive impact through their strong foundation and mindset. I highly recommend them for their time with us as coaches.

My role in has been in the technical area. Regardless in the 25 years I have with this company one thing that has remained the same when developing new products is the Time to Market and all the planning that comes with it.
At the beginning I was skeptical. I have never been a fan of planning because I am an engineer and did not know about the new tools that were available for this.
This year I started a new project and was assigned a coach to help using the tools. Now in less than 4 months she has turned me around and convinced me that planning gives me an advantage, compared with other peers.
During her introduction she got my attention and from there on it just got better and better. My coach taught us how to focus on the important tasks and put all the attention on them.
She is a team player, she educated herself on our products and our processes and helped to clear all the activities that did not add value. She gave me and my team a new confidence and knowledge to face any project with a stronger foundation on how to plan and prioritize the activities to be successful.
Our coach was a great asset, and she knew how to get my attention and proved to me that the way she knows how to do planning works.

I have been a Project Manager for over 20-years working under a traditional project management, detailed planning and execution (waterfall) methodology.
When our company began to transition to the Agile framework, our coach assisted our team through our first 2-PI increments. It was a new and refreshing framework that really engaged our team, delivering accountability and ownership. He introduced us to new tools that paid huge benefits to our predictability and overall timeline management.
Our coach would go out of his way to work with anyone who he found struggling with the change to make sure they were not only comfortable with the transition but more importantly heard.
Personally during various individual coaching sessions, he would help offer new ways to expand my leadership with the team.
We would truly not be where we are today if it was not for their helpful wisdom leading us through the transition. Two Claps 👏👏!!

They were in on the ground floor from day one, providing insight and wisdom while blending the complexities of new product development and manufacturing.
To say there was some resistance (myself included) is an understatement. They did an outstanding job fostering a collaborative and adaptive work environment, which has significantly enhanced our team's productivity and innovation. My coach had a unique talent for identifying and addressing challenges, ensuring that our projects remained on track and met our high standards of quality.
On top of everything else, our coach was an amazing people person with excellent interpersonal abilities. He took me under his wing and guided me on my own journey to becoming a coach while maintaining the same values and fostering a culture of trust and open communication. His leadership and mentorship have empowered our team to embrace change and continuously improve our processes.
I am 100% confident that they will be a positive force for any organization seeking to improve. I wholeheartedly recommend them as coaches, professionals, and people.
